Why did you choose to sponsor eTail Nordic in 2023?

Sofie: I was always attracted to the selection and quality of the retailers here, and the size of the event. It’s not a huge conference and you will actually be able to talk and exchange with delegates from the industry. That was the main reason I was attracted to eTail.

How have you found the quality of delegates?

Sofie: They’ve been excellent, just what DJUST have been looking for. We’re doing B2B commerce, and we’ve met a lot of high-quality prospects. These delegates have insights into what their companies are planning to do in the commerce space, B2B and B2C. They’re very high quality and we’re getting a lot out of meeting them.

How have you found the networking opportunities?

Sofie: Everyone has been very nice and open; they’ve been coming over to our booth in the breaks and are very engaging. It’s not like when you attend other events, where some retailers don’t even want to engage with the vendors. Here, everyone is open to discussion and curious about what you can offer.

Do you see sponsoring eTail Nordic having a positive impact on your 2024 business goals?

Sofie: Definitely. Look, we have already had over 11 new business meetings here just today. 11 new business meetings that could take up to a month to organise, in one day.

How would you rate the organisation of the event, and would you say it’s important to sponsor eTail Nordic in the future?

Sofie: The organisation has been excellent, I’ve already been having conversations about coming back to eTail. We would return in the UK, Germany, US, wherever you have it, for two main reasons. Firstly because of the business opportunities with this quality of retailer, and secondly because the of the eTail team, you’re so well organised, friendly, service-minded and just excellent customer service, from the first contact to once it’s been delivered. For me that’s the two most important things when sponsoring. Do I feel that my needs as a sponsor are being met and heard? Definitely.

It's very important for us to sponsor in the future, eTail is one of the marketing channels that generates the highest quality of leads.
