Wilko is an e-Commerce, digital, shopper marketing and Cross/Omni Channel expert and experienced global business and transformation manager. Frederieke Ubels has been working for bol.com for 10+ years. She started as the manager of the book department, and switched to IT in 2007. Her background in the marketing department has played a key role in aligning the IT organization with the business departments within bol.com. As a Director IT Innovation she is responsible for continuous improvement of the innovation process at bol.com, alignment with business departments and for the transition to a DevOps way of working, to ensure scalability of the IT organization. This helps bol.com grow, stay ahead of the competition and hold its leading role in (e)commerce in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Nathalie Brogaard Jensen recently joined Flying Tiger Copenhagen, a rapidly expanding Danish retail concept with presence in 600+ stores in 27 countries. Prior to joining Flying Tiger Copenhagen, Nathalie was Vice President for Global CRM and eCommerce at PANDORA, one of the world's leading jewellery company. Nathalie established eCommerce for PANDORA, starting with strategy and implementation and resulting in the management of full end-to-end eSTORE teams and operations in 14 markets. Nathalie also drove the digital technology transformation at a global scale, to improve customer experience with data-driven marketing, a Single Customer View and connecting the dots between multiple touch points for customers and 8+ million Club members.

Niklas started his digital career in 2010 as Search Marketing Manager in the Danish online agency SEO.dk. Today he manages momondo’s PPC department of 18 people who handle search, compare and affiliate marketing. The team is growing rapidly and has over the past year more than doubled.
