Why did you choose to sponsor eTail Nordic in 2023?

Sarah: This is the second eTail Nordic event I’ve been to as we sponsored eTail Nordic Connect in Copenhagen a few months ago which was amazing. I’d never worked in the Nordic market before, but I feel that sponsoring eTail has helped me get contacts from the Nordic region and helped me understand how the market works.

What have the quality of delegates been like?

Sarah: They’ve been right in terms of job title and company; we’ve definitely spoken to a lot of the people that we wanted to speak to. Persona-wise, they’re great, they’re in a position where they are ready to talk to a solution providers like us. The great thing about this event is that you get delegates from all over the world. We want to be able to speak to different people and here you have the right level of seniority, which is great.

How have you found the networking opportunities, and have you attended any sessions today?

Sarah: We’ve been really busy in the networking breaks; everyone wants to talk to you which is really good. We’ve attended some sessions today, they were great. We’d love to do a session next time, to be able to educate everybody on exactly who we are and what we can do for them. There was a loyalty workshop which was incredible, really interesting, as that’s my industry and it’s amazing to see people that I would like to work with and talk about their findings in the sector.

Would you say it’s important to sponsor eTail Nordic?

Sarah: Yes, because we’re sponsoring everything eTail! This event stands out from others because everyone at eTail cares. You’re not just trying to run a conference, you’re here to help us and create business opportunities. We’re all here for a purpose and because we want to do business together and it’s very clear that you want that to happen at a high standard.

eTail creates connections, the talks are great and engaging, unlike other conferences, and people actually want to attend them which is really refreshing. eTail also keep people in touch, like the chair, she’s very inspiring as a woman in business. You meet a lot of amazing women in business here, and again, for a conference, I find that quite rare as it’s normally quite male heavy but there’s a lot of great women to look up to.
