Christoph Kieslich

Christoph Kieslich is a Consulting Director at Reaktor's Amsterdam office. Christoph is managing client relationships while still being an on-site consultant working on e-commerce solutions. He enjoys working with cross-functional and cultural teams. During the past two years, he has helped to scale the on-site teams from 2 developers to over 40 and at the same time develop a headless storefront that has been rolled out to 80 markets. Christoph believes that team autonomy is a key factor to decrease time to market and enhace quality. He enjoys Reaktor's self-organizing ways of working that lets teams define the way they are solving problems for our clients.
