Gabriela Carminatti is a global Digital and eCommerce leader with more than 11 years of experience in omnichannel retail and digital transformation. Having worked on omnichannel customer journeys since 2014, she has led initiatives in a key retailer leader from Brazil that delivered seamless experiences across physical and digital channels, earning top recognition in MBA research focused on customer journey and omnichannel excellence.

Currently at Giant Bicycles, Gabriela leads Global eCommerce Marketing across 17+ markets and is spearheading an omnichannel transformation program designed to better integrate dealers into the online customer journey. She also leads initiatives focused on building AI capabilities that enhance marketing effectiveness, decision-making, and operational efficiency. Alongside this corporate role, Gabriela serves as Communications Coordinator at Women in AI, helping make AI more accessible, practical, and impactful for professionals and organizations worldwide.
