SJ (the Swedish national train operator) has gone from selling 50% of their tickets digitally to 97% in less than 10 years. To continue to stay relevant to the customer in the future, Ida is working on their digital roadmap to drive innovation. She launched SJs voice in the Swedish Google Assistant, and is now learning how customers are interacting with this technique based on artificial intelligence.
