Currently Senior Digital Project Leader at Digital Project Office (DPO) at Ingka, the largest IKEA franchisee with 400 IKEA stores and city stores across 31 markets and counting. In previous roles I was part of the management teams at Business Development Project Office (BDPO) at Inter IKEA, and Data&Analytics at Ingka. Leading the Editorial team at Älmhultsbladet, the co-worker magazine founded by Ingvar Kamprad, together with leading the communication agenda regarding Content Creation with AI, Data&Analytics, Technology, and Ingka AI Task Force. PMP-certified.
  • Almost ten years in the Swedish innovation system, working to increase efficiency in the Swedish Healthcare sector, editor for the Skåne innovation strategy, together with leading projects to increase democracy movements in online-offline environments.
  • Co-author of the book ‘Tänk om’ (Re-think) on systemic change. Twice nominated for the Swedish Publishing Award. (Svenska Publishingpriset).
