Head of Customer Experience and Onsite Marketing - Sweden, Netherlands and Polan Amazon

Julian Tydeman is the Head of Customer Experience and Onsite Marketing for Amazon Stores across Sweden, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Poland. Since joining Amazon in 2009, Julian has been instrumental in driving growth and innovation across multiple sectors, including Books, Manufacturing-on-Demand, and Private Brands. Most notably, he led the successful launch of Amazon.se in October 2020, solidifying Amazon’s presence in Sweden.

Prior to joining Amazon, Julian served as a British Army Officer for five years, bringing leadership and strategic insight to his corporate career. Julian holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a History degree from King’s College London. He relocated to Sweden with his family in 2020 and resides in the Stockholm area.
