Rich specialises in the digital customer journey
and wider CRM with broad experience across the retail, FMCG and retail sectors.
Rich joined Holland and Barrett in 2016 and is a key stakeholder in their
digital transformation. His team’s role is to deliver a seamless customer
experience across all touchpoints, maximise the digital channel performance and
develop a best in class customer loyalty programme. He has experience of
working across European, Asian and US markets.
