Sara Sjöberg is an accomplished retail executive with deep expertise in digital transformation, omnichannel growth, and customer-centric commercial strategy. She has held senior leadership roles at global and Nordic organizations including H&M, ICA, and Accenture, where she built a strong track record across sales, marketing, technology, artificial intelligence, and customer loyalty.
Since August 2024, Sara has served as CEO of Polarn O. Pyret (PO.P), a leading premium childrenswear brand with a strong omnichannel presence across the Nordics and the UK. The company also reaches customers throughout Europe via its eCommerce platform and marketplace partnerships.
Under her leadership, the focus is on accelerating profitable growth while staying true to the brand’s heritage of quality, longevity, and circularity. Founded in 1976, PO.P is built on a distinctive sustainability philosophy, captured in its mission, “To be worn by at least three children.” This principle continues to guide the company’s product development, customer offering, and long-term business model, as it works to make circular retail both accessible and commercially viable.
